OLD Newton Food Court, Melaka
Rating for ikan bakar : 8/10
Rating for taiwanese sausage and bak kua : 8/10
Rating for nyonya laksa : 7/10
Rating for sze chuan noodle : 6/10
Why?
1) Portion Rating : 8/10 - fulfilling meal,even a bowl of sze chuan noodle
is sufficient for big eaters like Bryan himself.
2) Quality of Food : 8/10 - some is indeed yummy but some so-so only.
the ikan bakar is awesomely delicious. It's
not like it's super sour or has the fish smell,it's
just finger-liking good.
3) Price : 8/10 - As the prices given above, it is fair to say it is a reasonable
price set for each food, the nyonya laksa and sze chuan
noodle are in big amount. As for the bak kua, it may seemed
a bit costly, but once u try how it tastes like, then u know..
A cup of herbal tea costs RM1.20, reasonable as in KL, it
costs Rm1.50.
4) Environment : 8/10 - Clean, open-air, enough tables and chairs, parking
provided.
